ASHRAE UK Midlands and Bahrain Chapter recently held their first combined Inter Regional Chapter meeting, and it was a tremendous success. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for members to connect and share insights into their activities and operations.
The committees of Membership Promotion, Research Promotion, CTTC, Governmental Affairs, YEA, and Student Activities from both regions shared their experiences, challenges, and solutions. Members discussed how each chapter is working to overcome challenges, and everyone appreciated the opportunity to learn from each other.
We were thrilled to have RAL DRC Richie Mittal join us as a guest and provide valuable encouragement and insights. This first Inter Regional Chapter meeting was just the beginning of a journey to connect with other Regional Chapters, including Region XIV, and learn from each other.
We are excited about the possibilities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collective impact on society’s well-being. We are looking forward to future Inter Regional Chapter meetings, as well as the opportunity to work with other regional chapters, and enhance our ability to serve our members and communities.
